is server down?

i have been trying to get on the server all day but it keeps saying that the server is down. so what should i do? i have already tried to redownload it and it didnt work.

The hoster and John had an argument over something but they have made up.
Although when I asked John why it was still down he said he was waiting for the hoster to get back to his PC so please just be patient.
